Before we meet, you’ll complete a secure online family profile so we can focus our time on what matters most to you. In this session, we’ll explore what an estate plan entails, review your options, and walk through the flat-fee pricing structure so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward. If you’re ready to proceed, you’ll sign an engagement letter with full clarity.
Design Meeting
Together, we’ll design a plan that reflects your values, goals, and priorities. During this meeting, you’ll make key decisions about fiduciaries, beneficiaries, guardians (if applicable), and your wishes for healthcare and end-of-life care. Samantha will guide you through each choice so you can move forward with confidence.
Document Review
Review and approve. You will receive a video review of your drafts, and you will approve them for accuracy. Adjustments will be made as needed so your documents align with your vision.
Signing Ceremony
Make it official. Your Signing Ceremony is the meaningful moment where your plan comes to life. Samantha will guide you through each step and handle the legal formalities so everything is executed properly and with care.
